Until the 16th century, the maid was a domestic worker, the one who ran the homes of nobles in their absence. Our company was born from the collaboration of two professional firms, closely connected to Lake Como, who perceived the considerable difficulty of foreign property owners on Lake Como in managing their properties. From here the idea of founding La Fantesca was born, thanks to which property owners can spend their time on Lake Como forgetting the various tasks that managing a property entails. Our answer to their requests will be: no problem, we'll take care of it.

La Fantesca was created to offer a service that is a continuous and reliable guarantee for your property. We will ensure that it is regularly checked in your absence by a member of our team with regular inspections, we will make sure that everything is in order, we will take care of any small repairs, we will organize the cleaning of the house, the pool and the gardens, to ensure that the house is ready for the arrival of you or your guests. A member of staff will take care of the expenses, pay the bills and organize the maintenance works. They will regularly send you bank statements with a clear update of the expenses. In this way, at short notice, your property will be ready to be enjoyed.
Post-purchase services
Once you have purchased a property, the first thing you will need is someone to help you implement all the services you will need:
